Work-Related Stress
If you feel are experiencing any perceived work-related stress, you may wish to consider undertaking a stress risk assessment with your manager. This can help to highlight areas which you are finding challenging and can help to ascertain ways in which you can be supported at work. This would usually be reviewed at a 4-6week point.
